Last Wednesday we started potty training. With much excitement (and much hesitation) I can tell you we haven't had an accident since Friday afternoon. Never in my wildest imagination did I ever think it would go this well. Now, I really hope I didn't just jinx myself (fingers crossed)
This is early in Day 1.
He wasn't quite sure what to think
By the end of the day he had gone 6 times on the potty (Yea, I couldn't believe it either)!
Well, after a few days of lifting him on and off the big seat (a million times), we broke out the little potty chair. This was a much better idea because he can go without me in the bathroom .
Below is Collin with his first poop in the potty.
Now, I know some of you may think that this is really gross (that is why I blocked it out), but you should have seen his excitement when he came to get me to show me what he had done. He was gitty with excitement and jumping up and down. He was so proud of himself.
Collin's new outfit. Now that we are no longer wearing diapers during the day, I am trying to get him use to underwear and I found toddler boxer briefs. I JUST DIED when I saw them. How stinkin cute is he! 
Please, wish us luck with this process. I have already told myself not to sweat the accidents, things happen, & just to pack like I did when he was a few months old. Oh, one more thing... If we are late to meet you it's because I do not like to leave the house until one stubborn toddler has gone potty!
One step closer to being diaper free, yeaaaa!!
